St Mary’s Church, Newcastle

 

A recently refurbished church and a striking feature of Newcastle’s coastline, we were asked to ensure that the lighting design sympathetically emphasised the architecture.

 

We worked closely with Beattie Flanigan Consulting Engineers to produce a dramatic yet attractive design.

 

The crucifix on the roof was picked out by four iGuzzini Platea spotlights, while iGuzzini Radius floods uplight the roof profile.
